I have been working with Natasha Perez's team for 6 years, when I moved to the area. Regardless of who picks up the phone when I call, the service is always quick & effective. Paying premiums due via the office is made very easy - and they are always good at reminding you when premiums are due, should you forget. Any questions that you might have on your premiums / coverage are always effectively & thoughtfully answered - even if you don't like the answer, as premiums have a habit of going up, not down! I paid the office an in-person visit, and can report that the Natasha's team is as pleasant in person as they are on the phone.
